Yes — we hand select our trees and shrubs to ensure the highest quality, but on the off chance something you bought turns out to be defective… we offer a 1 Year Replacement Guarantee on trees & shrubs, excluding damage caused by snowplows, deer & other animals, under/over-watering, under/over-fertilizing, or what insurance companies consider, “acts of God,” like lightning, drought, wildfires, floods, etc.
If a tree or shrub is defective in some other way, please contact us and we will replace it. This guarantee doesn’t cover perennials or roses, and it promises a replacement but not a refund.

Which Plant Hardiness Zone are we in?
We are in USDA Plant Hardiness Zone 4B. Our average last frost date is May 25th — so don’t plant too early, mind the weather forecast to avoid frost damage to your plants, and bear in mind that 90-day vegetables perform best in our zone. Perennials and biennials should be hardy enough to endure sustained temperatures of -25°F to -20°F during winter months.
