Did you know we have a greenhouse behind our store specifically for growing our special orders? Named after Ricker Mountain in Little River State Park, Ricker is where we begin growing the first of our pansies and snapdragons - then quickly transitioning it into a grow house for all our special order hanging baskets and planters.
We grow hanging baskets for several local businesses in Stowe, Waterbury & Waitsfield - all planted in March to ensure they are big and beautiful by the time they are picked up. We do more than just beautify businesses - giving homeowners in our community the option to preorder or custom design the hanging baskets, planters or window boxes they want for their homes in the spring. Unsure of what you want? Give us a vague color scheme and light requirements or walk through the greenhouse in the spring with one of our staff, ask questions and handpick your own flowers for us to grow.
